Your Innovation Framework is key when it comes to ensuring business success in the current competitive market.  We follow the likes of Airbnb, UBER and Starbucks and aspire to disrupt our internal frameworks and/or current markets to put ourselves ahead of our competitors with new and innovative products and services.    The Innovation Framework is a comprehensive program focused on skills acquisition to develop a desired business outcome.  This may be for a new product that is set to disrupt your industry,  or to simply change or create a new way of doing things.  This program is set to inspire and up-skill teams that have been tasked with setting up start-up initiatives within the current company structure; we know that innovation can take on many forms.

Mastering Finance Fundamentals for emerging leaders is an effective workshop that will establish the framework to manage a business budget and track financial performance.  This introduction is designed for non-financial management who need a greater understanding of the fundamentals of approving and managing a business budget to ensure return on investment and profitable outcomes.

In addition to financial modelling,  this program will assist with Business Case Development and will support departmental applications for funding while ensuring a better understanding of financial essentials.
